Position: Optometric Technician

Jaimie is a dedicated and hardworking Optometric Technician and former Mercy’s employee with more than two years of experience working alongside Dr. Pham and Dr. Heady. Bringing a strong background in patient care and clinical support, she is passionate about helping patients protect their vision and improve their overall quality of life.

Known for her compassionate approach and professionalism, Jaimie strives to create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient who visits the clinic. As part of a trusted eye care team serving Springfield, Missouri, she enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and supporting them throughout their eye health journey.

Outside of the office, Jaimie enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, exploring the paranormal, and making memories with her family and beloved dog.
