Position: Optometric Technician

With more than 15 years of experience in both optometry and ophthalmology, Jenny brings exceptional knowledge, clinical expertise, and compassion to every patient she serves. Before joining Heady & Pham Advanced Eyecare, Jenny was a valued member of the Ophthalmology team at Mercy, where she gained extensive experience in diagnostic testing, pre-testing, comprehensive eye exams, glaucoma evaluations, cataract assessments, and medical eye care.

Jenny is passionate about creating a welcoming, stress-free experience for every patient. She enjoys getting to know the individuals and families she cares for and has a gift for explaining complex diagnostic tests in a way that is easy to understand and reassuring. Her friendly personality, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding patient care help ensure every visit is both comfortable and efficient.

Whether she is assisting with advanced diagnostic testing, supporting the doctors during comprehensive eye exams, or helping patients feel at ease throughout their appointment, Jenny is dedicated to delivering the high-quality, personalized eye care that Heady & Pham Advanced Eyecare is known for throughout Springfield and the Ozarks.

Outside the office, Jenny enjoys traveling, staying active, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and her two cats.
