Julma Aharaja, RPh brings a unique combination of healthcare knowledge, pharmacy experience, and a genuine passion for helping people to the team at Heady & Pham Advanced Eyecare.

With a background in pharmacy, Julma has been exposed to many areas of healthcare, including community and hospital pharmacy, institutional care, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and public health regulatory services. These experiences have given her a broad perspective on healthcare and reinforced the importance of accuracy, communication, and putting patients first.

Julma is naturally organized, attentive to detail, and eager to learn. She enjoys working in environments where every day can bring something different and is known for approaching new responsibilities with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Her ability to adapt quickly allows her to work effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals.

In her role as a Certified Virtual Healthcare Assistant, Julma provides valuable administrative and patient-support services for our practice. She helps with patient communication, appointment coordination, administrative tasks, and other behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep our office running smoothly.

Her pharmacy background also gives her an appreciation for the importance of clear communication and careful attention to detail when working within a healthcare environment. While her role at Heady & Pham Advanced Eyecare is administrative and supportive-not clinical-she understands the importance of creating a professional and comfortable experience for every patient.

Julma believes that great healthcare is built not only on excellent clinical care, but also on trust, consistency, communication, and genuine compassion. She is excited to be part of a team dedicated to providing personalized eye care to patients throughout Springfield, Missouri and the surrounding communities.
